My dad often made sauerkraut and sausagehowever, I don't want to stink the place up. Once in a while i will as a treat. Corned beef and cabbage, too. Mostly because I couldn't find corned beef where I live - until about a year ago when I found out about a guy that supplies restaurants, but also packages by the pound! That's also a rare treat. Watching my weight.
