:=D: LOL And tomatoes, too!
There's good and bad possible with this, though.
As far as the squeezing ..... Some ppl take it upon themselves to act like they're squeezing with 'good intentions' when what they're really doing is seeing if they can get a reaction out of you, to try to prove you're somehow not good enough. It's a superiority game to feed their own egos.
As MoreCoffee rightly states below, it takes discernment to see through it.
It's easy to fall victim to it, though, as it can be very subtle. But, yes, there's far too many fruit inspectors, (there shouldnt be any, really) and not enough mirrors.

On the other hand, when they say that's what they do, have a history of it, and show no true remorse, it should be fairly clear, and should come as no big surprise. ... There's not ALWAYS a need for heavy-duty discernment, just some common sense.

Doesn't matter. You'll always get squeezed by just anyone. God sent them on Paul's path, the ones that beat him up, a demon to hit him with fists. What are we complainin about? Next time take a praise break LOL.

LOL, I'm (they're) watching a show about that right now!
Yes, and wouldn't you know, as we study through the fruit of the spirit in church, longsuffering is the latest one we're working on, :=D: and God is using it BIG time to teach me some things. Hey, grow and learn, right. So glad for His grace and longsuffering towards me.

And not only His patience to teach, but His goodness and desire to even WANT to teach a knucklehead like me.
But yes, those enemies are always nipping and ripping, thorns in the flesh, etc.
I was just pointing out how christians ought to cut out the ill-motivated squeezing and fruit inspection, and leave that work of the Holy Spirit in the hands of the Holy Spirit.
The old log/splinter thing.

Hey, let's encourage each other, when one sees the other showing a lack of longsuffering, whether it's neighbors or life situations or other 'christians' being antagonistic or condemning, let's remind each other of Jesus' longsuffering and forgiveness of us, and encourage each other to do the same, and grow in His grace and knowledge. For His sake as well as ours. Praise, yes, praise. Praise Ye the Lord! :) Thanks, Rens . :shake:

I've learned to be cautious about common sense because what seems like good common sense to one person can be folly to another.

Well thats kinda silly. Why would another persons lack of common sense cause you to be suspicious of your own?
