Why did Judas spit it out?

In the movie Son of God, Judas spits out the bread which is the Body out before betraying Judas. Some say that he did so because Satan was in him.

I thought he didn't spit it out. I thought he got posessed because he took it unworthy. It's not mentioned so people fill it in themselves.

As Messy said, scripture doesn't state that he spit it out so perhaps it is from non-canonical writings?

I think we'd need to ask the writer of the script. But as noted, the Bible says NO SUCH THING. I'm not aware that anyone other than and until this script writer has ever indicated such.
