If the presidency becomes vacant for any reason, the VP moves up to President and chooses a new VP, subject to confirmation by Congress. There's no reason to think that Pelosi would be the one chosen. They impeach Biden, Harris moves up to be president and Pelosi becomes VP, then Pelosi runs for president in 2024.
In addition to all the other considerations, her party would be unlikely to support an 84 year old nominee after what the nation has experienced with Joe Biden who is, in fact, younger.
