Why wouldn't they?
I'm going to guess that the thinking behind the question has something to do with the resurrection of the body, but if not being perfectly intact in the tomb were a disqualifier, so also would every soldier who'd been blown to smithereens in battle be ineligible, not to mention many other people who'd suffered some serious mutilation in the course of living life.

If they don't, it would raise a question about the fate of someone who died in a fire, or whose body was destroyed in some other way.
