Bill was referring to where I live, in the oldest city in the U.S., St. Augustine, FL. From late May to early October, Florida is a hot sticky mess, uninhabitable were it not for air conditioning (invented by a Floridian) and mosquito control. The rest of the time it's pretty decent.
