I am saying the logic doesn't work. It doesn't hold up.

Sister, the regulation doesn't say anything about personal promotion exclusively. It is so general (and quite vague, since it carries no definitions) it simply says:
"... Advertising, spamming or trolling is not allowed. (Links in signature are by staff approval with reciprocal links expected and no product is being sold) ..." - Site Rules

This means, that the Youtube video you shared that literally Advertises a Lutheran Book, is against your own written regulation, and yet I am the only one being faulted here, and you are trying to justify your own action - your prerogative of course, but does not 'jive' with the stated regulations. This was why I pointed out the general hypocrisy of such a position. I am not attempting to be cruel here. I am simply trying to have a level, or balanced, field for all.

And it even says that such regulation is not 'written in stone', but entirely changeable:

"... These rules are subject to change at any time without notice. The Owner, Community Team and Moderating Staff reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any post/thread or ban any user for any reason. ..." - Site Rules

This means that a written rule can be questioned in a logical, cordial, way, so that the leadership of the Forum may re-think their soft-regulation. Surely, the administration of the forum would not want unfair regulations, which work for some but not for others. That creates an unnecessarily divisive place, even built-in hostility, which cannot sustain true "community".

It even states that links can be approved in signature by administration as they see fit. Would this link be approved for a signature, do you think? Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free & Borrowable Texts, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine

Not all of the material there is "written" or "produced" by me. It is simply a digital online library archive site in which various materials are made available.

As I have stated, I am not here to promote "me", even as you are not here to promote "you". The original OP was merely to promote discussion of the topic (state of the dead, and Necromancy), by providing a starting source, that is easily accessible, and covers a broad range, for the topic to be discussed. It would be like posting your own shared Youtube video, and asking people to discuss the theological, historical, etc. positions in it.

Again, I am not here to "Advertise", nor to sell anything for worldly money. I am simply sharing many things for discussions sake, which in turn, causes the forum to grow. However, I seem to keep running into incorrect methods which are only a stifling of growth and discussion. I personally run a Discord server, and am the Admin for it, and know how to Admin / Mod. I have also been a part of others Online Forums (similar to this one), and been a Mod for them, while they were Admin. So I can understand the position, though I do not understand the methodology, here, at present.

What if I simply post the internal material on the forum (as many others also do, citing a work, even their own sometimes), without linking to an external source? Then it is not external, but internal to the forum in response.

Think of this not as arguing, but as a deeper consideration, of both the OP topic itself (which I would love to see you respond to, engage with, being a Lutheran, and Martin Luther was cited) and also the forums non-hardline regulations.

For instance:

On the last page of the external material, is the following:

"... From Jesus to all with love. Let all therefore be “perfect” (Mat. 5:48; Jam. 1:4 KJB):

Deuteronomy 18:9 KJB - When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
Deuteronomy 18:10 KJB - There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
Deuteronomy 18:11 KJB - Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
Deuteronomy 18:12 KJB - For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Deuteronomy 18:13 KJB - Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.

Is the Old Man of Sin sincerely dead, or is any still in conversation with it (‘him’)? This author’s desire is that all may be in “conversation” with Christ Jesus, for He ever lives. He is the great physician and BLESSED CORONER, who examines, carefully (Psa. 9:12; Zep. 1:12 KJB), each ‘heart & soul’ before Him, and determines whether they are ‘merely dead’ or actually, really, truly & most SINCERELY DEAD.

CORONER POEM

As Coroner, I must surely relate,

I thoroughly examined this man’s state,

and he’s not merely hangin’ by a thread,

he’s really most sincerely dead.

~ CORONER (Jesus)"
Do you think this violates the regulation? If so, then it is not truly possible for this forum to function in any useful way. It would simply be hindering discussion by a narrow definition that serves only the purpose for eliminating anything which does not agree with the present administration. That would violate the very point of even having a place to discuss "any theology".

In regards the OP topic, What is your position on the state of the dead? Being a modern Lutheran, Do you accept what Luther stated on such? Do you reject what Luther stated on such? Do you accept some, reject some?

As for instance:
- What does Necromancy have to do in connection with the Gospel?
- What does Necromancy have to do in connection with the Gospel?

Since you continue to argue, your account is being placed on Moderator Queue. That means that a staff member has to approve it before it will be shown publicly.
