I have been feeling a bit depressed lately. My mother was diagnosed with dementia. She is now in an assisted home living in Bridgewood where she is getting proper medical attention. I really miss my mom. It is hard to watch your parents grow old.

Woke up with a severely sore neck and migraine. Haven't had one in a long time, and they rarely come for me. Today was an exception. The neck issues are chronic, though. A Chiropractor is on the list when my benefits kick in.
