There were seven fat cows in Pharaoh's dream.

Think I found it. Googled on fat cow. Amos 4.

New Living Translation
Listen to me, you fat cows living in Samaria

The fat cows I referred to are in Genesis.

The analogy of theology is what I find interesting.

I went to bed far too early now I am awake and it is 02:00!

Are you referring to the theology of fat cows? :p

Does the religionism of some that takes verse out of context while disregarding contextual verses show up in our judgement of people? Do we take a snapshot of a moment in time and use that to label people?

Hmm. Not sure what "religionism" means unless it refers to not being careful about what one hears from preachers of said religion. Religious pastors (priests, deacons, etc) are often treated as authority figures within the faith and just taking what they say as truth without careful consideration I would consider a kind of "religionism".

However, if by it you mean "applied misunderstanding - either by willful ignorance or nescience" then it certainly abounds. A few examples I see:

"Judge not lest ye be judged" - often taken to mean not using judgement (or discernment) in detecting evil at all - which is not the understanding I have of this verse. If one reads just a few verses later, the context reveals that the judging person cannot see clearly because they are doing the same thing - they are hypocrites and that is why the measure they use is being (or going to be) measured to them.

"Wolf in sheep's clothing" - people often misuse this verse and forget that this isn't just about any sinner or teacher of some false doctrine - but a particular kind of one who claims to be a prophet. "Watch out for false prophets, for they come to you as wolves in sheep's clothing".

Does anyone think they know what the shut door means and the 5 virgins who can't get in? I'm fairly sure I know, but it would not be accepted here by most, I know that.

Religionism imo is when a Christian feels superior to another Christian to the point of calling them not a fit person to be posting with because not following orthodox teachings, when it's trumped charges that take a post out of context from other posts made by the same person. If that person were to be condemned it would domino to me being accused also so I was a little put off. Rant over.

Besides I would stick up for Psalm 91 anytime so there ... :shark:
