Did Obama do ANYTHING? I know he didn't for the two years when the Democrats RAN Washington - the White House, Both houses of Congress - when Democrats had the votes to do whatever they wanted to do. During those two YEARS, there was not one word about gun control or protecting school kids.... not one bill was introduced, not one bill was passed, not one executive order by Obama - the KING of executive orders who issued more than all previous presidents combined. Nope. Not a word. Not a thing. Not anything.

Quite right. Nor, in most cases, did he bother to show any personal interest in the victims' families. But, not surprisingly, every gesture and word coming from President Trump gets scrutinized minute by minute so that somebody can say he is only playing politics when he shows any regret or compassion.

That was Bush's fault. Just like everything else that was imperfect during Obama's reign.
