How many is he thinking of pardoning? How many did past Presidents pardon for comparison?

Here's a list of all presidents and how many pardons each gave from Mckinley to Trump. Trump has given out only 44 pardons/commutations as of Nov. 23 of this year even though he has received around ten thousand requests so far. Obama gave out 1,927 pardons/commutations out of around 36 thousand requests during his two terms in office.
