Well. lately I've been ordering take-out from Tim Horton's a lot, their BLTs, breakfast sandwiches and potatoes, coffees, teas and donuts, especially the Tim Bit's. Are there any elsewhere in the world or are they just in Canada?

There are some in the USA and ambitious expansion plans. When the Canadian battle group was in Afghanistan there was a Tim Hortons on base. Just looked it up --- there are 500+ locations in the USA plus a number of other nations totaling about another 500. About 4000+ locations in Canada.
