hullo everyone. when i came to log on, i saw that i forgot to log off yesterday. i always make habit of logging off..unusual. sometimes its ok to break routine now and then. its bound to happen.

good evening CHers. took some time off to focus on non essential offline stuff. bought some nissan instant cup noodles..even though things are tasty, they sure have a lot of sodium. when will they everr come out with a lower sodium product hmm

I agree. Bill stated that foods have too much sodium and sugar and it's really difficult at the store to search out the lower sodium/sugar foods. Plus sometimes they cost more! egads.

I think, God willing, I shall cook some pork, mushrooms, potato, herbs and spices, with sour cream and served either with pasta or rice. It will be a kind of Stroganoff :drool:
