good morning Chers. we are prepping for the feast tomorrow. no turkey, just a roast chicken. the prep time takes too long. plus we are going to have feast alone, no relatives. as always, i will watch my portions so as to not gain extra weight. when i was younger, i ate like a horse and didnt care about gaining weight. i put away 3 plates of food lol

I still put away a lot of food on Thanksgiving and my skinny brother does too. We splurge on the holidays. Not worried about an extra pound from one day of feasting!
