I have learned a lot the last few weeks. When I do make a mistake I try to learn from it. It is more about the company specific processes that they have that are different from what I am use to. I have had to ask a lot of questions

Make some cheat sheets LOL When I worked, I took so many notes that people got used to it after a while and expected me to arrive with my pad and paper in hand.
