It's a muggy but cooler day today. It is after 11 am and only 76 degrees. Most of the rest of the week it has been 90 already by this time of day. I went to my favorite trail today. I'm making very slow progress on getting ready for my 5k. I can only run a little over 2 miles outside then I have to walk some.
