All of that being said, id love to hear your take on how you see the end of days go down.

I put my trust in what Jesus said. It is found in the Gospel according to Saint Matthew. Have a look at Matthew 25:31-46. It gives a good vision of the last day and the judgement thereon as well as the second advent of the Lord in glory and judgement.

When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left...

All of that being said, I'd love to hear your take on how you see the end of days go down.

I personally do not believe it will be all that visualizable from our fallen perspective...

The difference between fallen Adam and Adam pre-fallen is an order of magnitude...

Holy Tradition has Adam never leaving the Gates of Paradise from which he had been expelled for his entire lifetime...

Because he REMEMBERED what he had been before the fall...

And in this remembrance, he lived some 900 years...

Seeing that it is a relevant consideration for many of us, I request that MoreCoffee clarify how members of the sheep flock and members of the goat flock relate to membership of the Roman Catholic Church.

Actually, identifying the apostolic understanding of what is called "The Second Coming" is part of the progressive identification of "The Simple Original Apostolic Gospel" thread. I had planned to suggest a different topic as the second for investigation, but we may as well continue investigating this topic here, then transfer the results to that other thread once this topic is finalised.

Because of that, I am loath to potentially bias the investigation by presenting conclusions that I may have found sensible, at this stage. (My understanding could be wrong.) I would prefer to see other people's understandings, together with the Scripture they are based on (or the identifiable absence of it). However, I would feel free to bring to people's attention, relevant Scripture that I thought had been overlooked, to ensure a resulting comprehensive and balanced discussion.

So unfortunately (as it were) I do not feel free to accede to Azrael's request just yet.
