Do you break spaghetti noodles before boiling them so you don't need to cut them later? (Why/Why Not)

No and No! My husband is Italian on his mom's side and you never break the noodles, nor do you cut them. Swirl them around on your fork and gobble them up :D

No, I only cut them for my son, otherwise it is full length. That said, we don't usually use noodles for pasta dishes that aren't Asian - we tend to use penne or something like that. If it is Asian we use Asian type noodles.

No, I don't cut or break them. I put them in a big pot and as they soften, they slide down into it. I swirl the noodles with a fork and spoon to make the perfect size bite! I like spaghetti.

I do not cut or break the either. I swirl them on my fork for eating. When are children were little and had a hard time, I would cut their noodles.

Yes but because it's easier in the pan. You don't need a huge one if you put em in half and if I take those long things they don't go under the water quick enough and they can burn dry to the pan. And I don't really like spaghetti anymore. Penne is better. Sauce stays in it.
