my afternoon appointment canceled so I am off the rest of the day.

Cleaning the floors today. I'm running low on energy but got my 2 mile jog in so I don't feel like today is a total loss.

Not a good day today, the heat and humidity have been getting to me and I've had a headache for most of the day. I don't usually use painkillers but this one just wouldn't go away so I hit it with acetaminophen and now it's OK. I'm looking at some computer work now, before our dinner guests arrive.

I'm cooling my jets. Yesterday, I attended a Tim Kaine rally sponsored by the Democratic Party of Manassas and Manassas Park. I really liked what he and Jennifer Wexton had to say about expanding Medicaid. I also liked the burgers and hot dogs. Now, I'm just relaxing and making my way through the book Patrick Henry, by Jon Kukla.

Yep, with the regional Health Authority. I'll be doing case management with regional First Nations/Aboriginal bands to provide detox and referral services. Lots of driving as it covers a wide area, but it'll be good experience

I was feeling a little sore today, so I decided to do some cross training and did 120 floors on the stairmaster and then did treadmill for a while and some weights.

Yes thanks..... sometimes the heat and humidity just get to be too much and I need to take something. I don't like using painkillers but sometimes they are a necessary evil.

Had a good evening, went to see my wife's cousin and her family. Her daughter just had a birthday so it was a kinda-sorta party.

I went to my church's Men's breakfast at Bob Evans just to find that I was the only one in attendance. I went there to eat, though, and eat I did! It was a nice, hearty breakfast and I was able to pay my own way rather than have somebody else insist on taking the bill.

It's beautiful outside so we've been outside all morning taking care of things.

Yeah and when I emailed my Pastor about it, he said that it was the second Saturday of the month rather than the second weekend. Ooops.:;-D:
