Finished straining off another batch of banana wine after pulp fermenting for a few days - strain then added to a closed fermenter for secondary fermentation.
I had an initial taste test. It's going to be a tasty wine. 10 litres in secondary fermentation units and another 10 litres pulp fermenting. 20 litres when it's all finished - all for under $10.
In addition, another 4 litres I made with bananas I had powdered to store months ago + sugar syrup. Taste tested that...tasty and strong. Time to stop fermentation of those.
Other than that, playing lots of Bach, watching my plants grow and seeing garlic sprout larger and larger over the week.
