My father in law had a shed that was completely full of tools and his stuff. That wasn't a man cave or at least it wouldn't be my definition of a man cave, but he spent a lot of time there. I don't think he does as much anymore though

I think electricity is easy for an electrician to run from the house. Heating might just be a portable heater? And I've seen portable air conditioners too that plug in and are different from window units.
