The ones who saw their plan end and the price double probably did. Seriously the kind of catastrophic coverage plans I would have the most interest in having have more or less doubled in price in the last three years. How much of that is due to the requirements of ACA and how much of it is insurance companies seeing an opportunity to hike the price and blame it on ACA requirements is another matter, but from what I can see ACA has caused prices to rise significantly only to then fiddle at the edges with tax credits to make it more affordable for some.
So in keeping with the topic of the thread...
