Is there a time that is more sacred than any other time? Is there a place (a space) that is more sacred than any other place? Is this what God asks of the faithful - To observe the times and seasons and to go up to a special place?

What does God tell you? Where He directs is sacred to you and if you miss His timing hten you will also miss the blessing as well.

I would think that the time of the atonement at the cross would be sacred. As for a place, the land of milk and honey had its purpose but now we look forward to the new Jerusalem when Jesus comes again.

Yom Kippur is atonement day. The cross is all about the Passover Lamb. Sacrificed.. but the atonement itself in its entirety will be fully fullfilled during Yom Kippur. That time is coming soon.

No idea, don't think so, never heard of that text. The time comes where we will worship Him in Spirit and in truth.
But once we had church meetings in a building from freemasons. No idea why they were so stupid to rent that. The filthy cheap thing they rented before that with: don't pee here on a letter at the outside of the building had a better atmosphere.

The Free Masons have long been mistrusted by Christians.

With good reason

Yes. There is good reason for it. The Catholic Church forbids the faithful to join the free masons for those good reasons.
