How do you all on this side of the world (I'm in the US) stay up so late! I have a hard time doing that LOL

Ask Josh its mountain dew for him..lol...I used to stay up really late, but I just fall asleep at weird times now and wake up at silly times like 4.15am then cant sleep again. till about 6ish .. I think my internal clock is having games with me now I dont work...

I'm so sensitive to caffeine so the Dew might kill me LOL Or come close. I like the flavor of it though!

 

[Ruth]

Hahaha! Lamm, caffeine too strong does me in, too. I am having a bit of Shiraz wine. Very good stuff!

Got to admit I only drink de caff coffee these days as I found out it messes my diabetes levels up so only have caffeine rarely these days.. plus it makes you sleep without it to...

I drink tea more so than coffee

I only drink coffee at the office to stay awake. At home one sometimes.
