Just helped clear about 15 inches off our driveway. The neighbor used a snow blower and I used a shovel and a walking pole to shift snow of the cars and clear snow from right around them. It's still snowing. I'm chomping at the bit to get over the mountain into the woods.

Looks like it stopped here. The main road is wet but not snowy. It turned out our neighbors were shoveling snow while I was inside fighting with tax forms. If I'd realised before I got buried in paperwork I'd have gone to help them with it. Oh well... there will probably be next time.

It has stopped herre as well we ended up with 21 inches

It's supposed to get warmer on Mon and Tues. Maybe some of that snow will melt.

I hope not, I want to get out and take some pictures.

What I'd really like to see is for it to melt and then the surface refreeze. A blood red sunset reflected on a mass of rippled ice is one of the most stunning things I've ever seen. Sadly at the time there was nowhere to stop to take pictures.

It will not melt fast, at least not here. While it is supposed to be warmer in the low 40;s that will not melt it really fast which is good because with that much snow it would cause flooding

weather heres been tame. almost summer like in some areas. looks to be a dryer week ahead. i worry that i have many pals who live on the east coast.

Too much melting too fast would be a bad thing. Good if you're taking pictures of waterfalls, maybe less so if you live in the middle of it all.

I hope it sticks around a while, there are a few places I want to get to before it melts.

Hi MS, Bill and Tango and everybody. I guess the snow melting could cause a flood, I forgot about that. I'm glad it's going to be a bit warmer tomorrow so I can maybe get outside for awhile. I slept all day today, just didn't feel good. Feeling somewhat better now. I hope you all have a good week ahead.

Ha ha. I slept all day yesterday and got up around 11 pm, I got a lot of sleep. I'm glad you slept well.

I've been up since 11 last night. I slept most of Sunday. Nothing better to do. Thinking of taking Suzy out for a short walk today in my cast. I can't walk on snow or I may slip with the plastic on this cast. Maybe I'll put my boots on.

Dozed well last night. Got a bunch of pictures in the snow but where people had walked through it I struggled to find unspoiled snow. Still got some good pictures.

I went out with Suzy with my boots on. I walked real slow and didn't feel any discomfort, thankfully. A lot of our snow has melted but then we didn't have much.
