Hi everyone. Thank you for the pretty flower MS! I couldn't find my bookmark to this forum but just found it. I hope everyone is doing well.

I had to take my bird to the Vet this morning. He was very sick. They gave him an injection and he will be on meds for 2 weeks. After about 8 hours since the shot he is singing!! Music to my ears. I asked the Vet to give both birds exams. So they are set for a year unless one gets sick again.

I took my car to get fixed last week and had quite a high bill as I needed lots of things fixed that I had been putting off. I didn't mind paying all that I did because I hadn't paid anything in 2 years for car repairs. Any how, this morning on my answer machine I had a message from the place I took the car to for repair. At first I thought I wonder why they are calling me and are they trying to sell me tires or an oil change but then as I listened to the message the man told me my name was entered in a monthly drawing and I won a 40" flat screen tv! So I picked it up this afternoon. It's still in my trunk. I have to find someone to help me get my old tv out of my apt. It is one of those super heavy tvs and is about 16 years old. So that was a nice surprise I got today!

Thank you Bill. Now I have to try to find some guys to install the new tv and take the old one out. The old one is really heavy. I may just look for handymen in the phone book, I don't know. Got any ideas?

Perhaps somebody from your church may be able and willing to help? Or failing that, maybe a trolley with wheels will do the job, except for lifting it onto the trolley ...

Even a hand cart would do or if it works perhaps donate to somewhere and tell them they have to pick it up
