That's the Dutch poldermodel sort of banning people. He behaved much worse than people they banned on cf or cc, but he just gets a ban for 2 months and then the others just may complain about it on that forum lol. We also don't have bossy bosses in Holland. Our manager had to go to a course. He was bossy. He should listen to his people and not be such an alpha male they told him. Great! Now I can stay. He wanted to fire me.
