I am loving the cool breezes through the window here at my house!! Do your birds hear the outside birds and go crazy?

My cat sits on the windowsill and chatters at the birds outside. The other day he saw a squirrel and obviously wanted to chase it. We don't let him outside because we've seen too many cats run over around here.
