Caves. They put warehouses in them.

Fair enough. I remember seeing huge wheels of cheddar lined up in caves in the town of Cheddar in England.

Since the temperature is consistent year-round it makes sense to store anything perishable in them, and if you've got miles and miles of closed cave it seems a shame to waste it.

Slow to leave these creature comforts behind again. My first steps were just a taste. The real journey has begun and I have lagged behind as is my life story. However, I must be patient and persevering and faithful. My self critisism seems like excess worry at times, yet at other moments feels completely relevent.
