Is the Fall an earthly fixed state or progressive degradation? Here on this board I have seen cases for both being made and would like to see the arguments pointed out for both.

The fall as in the fall of man?
God cursed the land because of Adams sin, death is also pretty fixed.
Degeneracy and lawlessness is ongoing, the signs leading up to the judgment are to be fulfilled and things will get worse and worse until the Kingdom on Earth is established in Christ return.
We are still in a fallen state yet we are redeemable through Christ.
I'll have to see how this thread goes to understand what exactly you mean by fixed... this a new one for me.

Yes I do agree and I am curious how you see the fall changing the rest of the world and if it does, not just affecting man.
