Does daylight saving time shorten days? I mean either the start does or the end does.

Have you noticed the speeding up of the days?

I thought it was just old age...

No, my days still take around 24 hours. Mind you, some of them seem way longer than that and an occasional day seems way shorter but that might have to do with me sleeping in
