I don't know if I have one that I could call "my biggest", but it does tend to bother me when people don't use vocative commas in writing. I'd expect a limited knowledge about punctuation from the younger generation, but I've seen elderly people online who have absolutely no idea that it's required to use a comma when discussing with someone. "Welcome, Jazzy!" and "Welcome Jazzy!" mean two different things.

People who drive at the ABSOLUTE speed limit, or just under. Generally, speed limits on city streets are 50 km/hr (~30-31 mph). Following someone who is driving at 50, or even 49 necessitates me following at 45. If I speed up to 50 I will generally find that I'm soon tailgating them or about to run into them.
