What kinds of instruments do you have in your church's worship services?

Organ.

I cannot remember any other instrument ever being used.

At my previous church, we had a handbell choir, the regular choir used a digital piano, during special festivals/holidays we had a flute playing with the organ, trumpets playing with the organ and bongo drums.

We have a piano that is used for most services. For some services we have a combination of guitar, bass, flute, piano, and drums. If anyone wanted to play another instrument I don't think anyone would have any objection, as long as we could connect it to the sound system.

Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, and Drum Set. Occasionally a dobro, mandolin, or violin.

We sing "modern hymns". By this I mean our songs have structure instead of repeating the same thing over and over again like it was during the "chorus" phase of worship music in the late 80's and 90's.

We actually have a Spotify Playlist of songs. Usually the first 5 songs in the playlist are what we are singing the coming Sunday.

Members can also sign up for a daily bible reading text that has a link to one of the songs we are singing the coming week.

Only voice. No musical instruments whatsoever. I like it. Here is an example from the Apostolic Christian Church (Anabaptist, not charismatics):
