(1) Hilary givens the number of O.T. books as 22.

(2) Hilary also givens the number of O.T. as books 24. After he give his list he states: "To this some add Tobit and Judith to make twenty-four books, according to the number of the Greek letters."

(3) Though not explicitly mentioned it is very likely that the book of Nehemiah would have been grouped with Ezra.

(4) The Epistle of Jeremiah is in the list.
