I recently passed 1000 points here..... I just have no idea what that means!

CH is still new and small so I just don't have that much to say in response to things. When I was at other sites, it was not unusual for me to have a dozen or more posts per day, so the "count" added up fast. I think I posted over 10,000 at 3 sites, over 20,000 at one. In time, it will happen here, too - to the dismay of many, lol..... IF staff so permits....

I prefer pork sausages over beef, lamb, and chicken. But I am especially keen on pork sausages with apple and spices in them. The go so well with mustard and tomato sauce.

And, this is important, eating pork proves that one is a Catholic

Eating pork proves one is not Jewish. Drinking whisky proves one is not Methodist. So technically the observation of someone drinking whisky while eating pork does arguably increase the chances they might be Catholic.

That said I drink whisky and eat pork and I'm not Catholic.

Thanks, but really I should say thanks for providing a place where I can express some views that are not popularly held in Christianity without being banned. I've not named the specific boards I've been banned from, but the last one I was active at was "christianchat" - and a few people there made a lot of noise over things I was pointing out, and I was officially banned for expressing "anti-Paul heresy". In other words, it mattered not the argument made, nor how it was presented, it just mattered that it was present at all. One of the big reasons I joined this board was to address the questions raised on this issue, because I've done some study on it and feel perhaps just a little more qualified than a layman would. That's been done within my 300 posts, and I'm still here.
