The Ukrainian animated film "Mavka. The Forest Song” earned UAH 24,903,241 at the domestic box office for its opening weekend.
This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian State Film Agency, according to Ukrinform.
“For its opening weekend, the animated film "Mavka. The Forest Song" was watched by 189,048 viewers, and the box office totaled UAH 24,903,241," the report says.

From what I read online, the Ukrainian studio who made this movie has been working on it for several years. I just find it strange that they decided to release it during wartime.
