Today's workout was out in my garden turning over the soil for almost 4 hours. I'm so sore and tired.

Yesterday I walked outside about 3 miles and today I did some steps inside but will do a workout later.

Yesterday I walked 2 miles outside and then rode my bike that's attached to the trainer for 20 minutes.

Today my husband and I walked 4.2 miles.

It is supposed to rain today so I got a 2 mile walk in this morning. If it doesn't rain later I'll go back out for more!

I've been walking outside and today I did this:

Yesterday I walked 2 miles and rode my bike for a half hour.

My daughter and I walked a half a mile but it was smelly outside because the farmers are fertilizing the fields right now! :rofl3::tissuesmiley2:

My daughter and I walked outside earlier and I did 25 minutes on my bike.

Yesterday I walked outside and did a video but didn't mark it here but I got up to 11,000 steps.

Today I did this so far. Once it stops raining I'll walk 2 miles.

I did an hour on a recumbent bike today and will get in 10,000 steps before bed.

Last week we were away on vacation. I used the workout room in the hotel mostly doing the recumbent bike but I also did the treadmill and elliptical and every day my husband and I walked so I would get 10,000 steps.

Today I did this:

My husband and i walked a mile and a few minutes ago I finished this workout:

My daughter and I did some walking yesterday. Today I walked a mile outside after doing landscaping work and then did this video:

I did some walking outside and I enjoyed yesterday's workout video so did it again today (see above for link).

I've mostly been doing walking outside but today because I'm sick I just did one video and that's all I can handle. I chose that other one listed above.

I've been sick and trying to keep up with my 10,000 steps a day but it's been hard.

Today I was able to do a workout video:

I'm feeling much better after this cold and yesterday I did 15,000 steps. Today I was able to do this video workout:

I really liked this new workout and enjoyed the "real people" doing it instead of the totally fit who can do this in their sleep:
