All they 'have' is based on his 'emotion'... go figure

None of his cases as judge showed him to have a temperament they didn't like. When things get personal (which isn't going to happen in court cases he presides over), of course one is expected to show emotion. It's natural to be angry when you're attacked.

I agree Lamm but so far no one has addressed what i brought up. Roberts is conservative, a Republican as well so what axe does he have to grind. Based on that I have to assume he is doing this as he feels it is the right thing to do
