This, to me, negates the possibility of reincarnation. Besides, once through this life is enough for me.
"Whoever loves his life will lose it, but whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life." - John 12:25

FWIW, there is almost no basis for believing in reincarnation...if the words of Scripture are our guide. There are several verses that get pointed to by fans of reincarnation, but they don't really say what those people want them to say.

Besides, there is a degree of urgency about Jesus's warnings concerning the consequences of living a wasted life. That emphasis would seem to be much overdone if we are to have repeated opportunities to "get it right."

Nobody goes to heaven or hell without first being judged. We go to paradise. Judgment is still pending the Lord's return.

Typical Christian presumptions! I'm not SDA and I'm not JW. I do my own homework and have my own beliefs. Christianity is one big smorgasbord is a doctrinal mess. I tend to stay away from Fundamentalist, Calvinist, and esp. Trinitarians!

I would say only in Unitarian Universalism. I've never believed it as a youngster growing up in the 60's and I've despised it ever since. it has DESTOYED common sense Christianity.
