Bunny companion here..... my bunny is nearly 12 years old. I rescued him from the neighbors, paid nearly $1000 in vet bills (I know!!!!!)..... but he's been a beloved pet ever since. He has a loving and funny personality and is very sweet. Sadly, his days of "dancing" each night around the home are over.... he has arthritis now and takes some meds for that; not in pain but not active much now. She "lives" in a corner of the living room and has "run" of the place since he's not a "chewer" (as some rabbits are) and is excellent (even now) with his litter box. He's never been in a pen. Since I rescued him. he's never been outdoors and seems to like the quiet (and AC) of the home.
