Between 4 and 7. On weekends we tend to eat earlier but on weekdays my husband gets home at various times so it's never at the same hour.

my dinner starts at 4pm. i dont know how i started this trend. when i was younger, my dinner always began promptly at 5pm. i try to eat a little after 4pm, because if you eat too early, you run the risk of snacking late at night. that is devestating for me -i have ongoing weight gain issues.
