They can get charged with multiple offenses and a lot of states have it being illegal to use cell phones while driving. One day I would just love to go around and take photos of people who are using their cell phones while driving and post them on a website to watch out of those idiots!

The rains have only just started here and I think we get fewer rainy days than you would in The Netherlands so I am not yet wishing for more sun. We had a great deal of sun in summer
