Once every 4-5 weeks.

Technically never. I cut my own hair. Not that there's a whole lot of it left to cut. I cut it when it gets too fluffly, which is usually every few weeks. In the winter I leave it grow a little longer for the insulation.

If I wanted my hair really short, cutting it yourself is the way to go. My son was cutting his own hair for a while using clippers and setting them at a #3 for the top and a #2 for the sides. Now he is back to getting haircuts again because his wife prefers him to wear his hair a little longer. :giggle:

I set my clippers to #6 for the most part. Sometimes I let it grow wild and set the clippers to #7.

I'd prefer to have my hair a little longer, I just don't have enough of it left to make that much of an option.

I'm a product of the 80's so I wear my hair closer to medium length. I guess you could say I'm kind of stuck in the 80's. For the longest time I had a mustache with no other facial hair. Finally, by around the year 2008, my son and his girlfriend at the time told me that I either needed to shave it off or at least grow a goatee with it because a mustache by itself (especially a bushy mustache) looks creepy these days. :giggle:

I wish I could grow mine long. It would grow at the back if I let it but, since it's thinning at the front, the result just looks like it slipped. So I keep it cut short.

Every 3 weeks or so. During the various shut downs by the Governor, my wife has done her best when my barber was forbidden to work... and.... while she is THE most beautiful, brilliant, amazing woman in the world, when it comes to barbering, well..... But I love her.

About every 6 weeks. By then my bangs are in my eyes. Also need to get my roots touched up at that time. Last time it was 9 weeks! We went out of town and forgot to see if I could get in early and by the time we returned home it had been 9 weeks when I got in.

My hair doesn't grow but on the sides, so every several weeks I cut it myself. When I was married she cut it. Either way, I haven't paid a barber in like 20 years, at least.

I have been cutting my own hair for almost a decade now. I recently chopped 4 inches off so it's right at my shoulders and layered. I like to at least snip the dead ends off every month or two months but with my hair being shorter now I might have to keep up with it more often since my hair grows really fast.

I do not get haircuts. I just trim it as far as I can manage, trying to even it out, I still have it longer now. I guess I am just a bit more natural with not being as dependent as before, of course really needing God through everything.

Before lockdown, I visited a barbershop once a month to get my hair cut short. Although the UK has been in and out of government restrictions, I've been cutting it myself when it starts to grow out. I wouldn't say I like long hair.

Since the pandemic started I've bought my own set of clippers and watched a lot of youtube videos on how to cut your own hair lol it's worked out great! I will never go back to a barbershop again!
