How do you like your Veggies?

I personally love mine : raw dipped in a cream cheese, ranch dressing , humus dip or ketchup. How about you?

I'm not huge on raw veggies. I like to incorporate them into my dishes cooked.

Well, there's a traditional type of salad in my region, made from tomatoes, onions and cucumbers mixed with oil. Some people add bell peppers to it too. You basically chop them up in small bits and put them into a bowl with oil, salt and other condiments. Optionally, you can add chopped bits of cheese on top. You eat it as a side dish.
