Medium rare, with BBQ sauce or ketchup salt and pepper, chips or steak tartar, coleslaw salad and chips. Yum. And you yourself?

For Prime cuts, medium rare and for Choice it depends on the type and who prepares it, some times I may add some salt and black pepper.
