For me personally : I love mine : Korean beef ribs, ketchup pork ribs and BBQ pork ribs. What about you?

I simmer mine until tender, put a homemade rub on them and let them sit in the fridge for a while. Then they go either in the oven or on the grill until done. I have a homemade BBQ sauce I put on the side.
