For me it depends on the meat. I love grilled lamb but not the lamb that's here where I live...I prefer the kind that I used to buy back home. For veal I love veal stew but also love veal parmigiana. For chicken I love it stir fried or baked. Steaks are great on the grill as are pork chops.
Steaks, cooked medium rare with a very nice Worcestershire sauce mixed with horseradish for dipping of the meat pieces.
