I myself enjoy mine : on a BLT, grilled-cheese, or just plain butter and Bechamel sauce, hollandaise sauce too with smoked salmon or salmon tartar. And you personally?

I don't understand croissants.
My wife like them but for me they are just a mess, flakes all over the place.
