How can you prove from scripture you were baptized?

Only baptisms that are in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit are valid. If you were baptized in a non-trinitarian formula, then it wasn't from God.

Why did it change from the Apostle's method?

The baptismal formula was changed from the Apostles’ baptism in the name of Jesus Christ to the words Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by the Catholic Church in the second century.

…”of this sacrament, the act of baptism must be expressed, and the matter and form be united to leave no doubt of the meaning of the ceremony. In addition to the necessary word “baptize”, or its equivalent, it is also obligatory to mention the separate persons of the Holy Trinity.”

The result? The Pope undermined Christ’s revelation about the name of the Trinity and the Apostles’ authority and gave it to himself. All of Christendom follows the Catholic formula instead of scripture on the matter. Consider Protestant creeds say the Papacy is Antichrist.

Why don't you point to the Biblical sections that talk about the Roman Catholic Church specifically, the bishops of Rome who came after Peter, and any other specific references.

That's the only way to have a meaningful discussion. Otherwise, there's nothing especially powerful or convincing about any one of us saying, in effect, "My denomination is the only real church."
