How are you feeling now?
I feel just as tired when I get up as I was when I went to bed. I think I woke up at least five times last night for no reason at all.
Is it stress related?
I can't image how it would be since my stress level is relatively low
Do you limit your caffeine intake? Maybe some meds keep you awake?
Caffeine intake really hasn't changed any in the last several years and neither have meds. there has been a job change for me in the last month and I think just getting use to new routine has to be the main factor. I was up at 3 am this morning and never did go back to bed.
A new job has your mind at work definitely! I bet that's itYou have to train your brain to not work overtime since you aren't getting paid for that LOL
